Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver’s License required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA principles preferred.
• 40-hour course completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain documentation under HIPAA regulations.
