Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking recent graduates and paraprofessionals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Join our BAYADA RBT Academy and receive comprehensive training to support children ages 0-8 with Autism and other developmental disabilities. This position involves working in Wall Township, NJ, as well as surrounding areas such as Neptune City and Ocean County.

Candidates will engage in direct training and hands-on learning. With supportive supervision and a positive work environment, you will have the opportunity to make impactful changes in the lives of children while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Must be interested in working with individuals with Autism and IDDs.
• Ability to implement behavior therapy techniques.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students in the classroom or at home.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client's behavior plan.
• Provide training and assistance to help students meet identified goals.
