Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer flexible part-time schedules, with shifts mornings, afternoons, and weekends at Wall Township and Neptune City locations.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Valid RBT certification.
• CPR/FA certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and follow the treatment plan for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client plan.
