Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, under BCBA supervision, in a supportive clinical team. You will help develop and implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and work on communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change.
• Accurately collect and document client progress data.
• Communicate and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.
