Amaze ABA Therapy in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. This role supports individualized treatment plans and helps clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You will collect and document progress, earn $25–$35 per hour with a $100 sign-on bonus and referral incentives, plus ongoing professional development and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Demonstrated dependability and compassionate approach.
