Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for 1:1 sessions with children in home, school, or community settings around New Orleans. You will implement ABA plans, record progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client success.

The position is part-time with a path to full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance to BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with mobility up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
