Action Behavior Centers in Tomball, TX seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Work Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Starting immediately, candidates must have or pursue RBT certification, be 18+, and ready to join a supportive team. Competitive hourly pay, full-time hours, and entry to leadership paths are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
