Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years in Round Rock, TX. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children’s development in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or must be obtained within 20 days of hire.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform tasks safely with children and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child development.
