Job summary

Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, start date immediate, and training provided.

Responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, collecting data, facilitating learning through play, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to sit/stand/kneel on floor as needed around children
• Will complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team-oriented and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Provide care in a one-on-one ABA therapy setting with children ages 18 months to 8 years
