Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Wylie, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, and immediate openings are available.

This full-time role includes paid RBT certification, potential growth into leadership or BCBA roles, and a supportive, team-focused culture with clear advancement paths.

Competenze

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may assist other ABC clinics as needed.
