Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, starting immediately. Training and RBT certification are provided with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children (18 months to 8 years).

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
