Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Seguin, TX is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized plans and collecting session data. The role emphasizes a collaborative team environment and ongoing growth opportunities.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Refer to video to see a Behavior Technician in action.
