Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy. You will implement plans crafted by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Candidates should have completed the 40-hour ABA training or be willing to obtain RBT certification. A HS diploma (or equivalent) is required; some college is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed the 40-hour ABA training.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• This Position requires Fluent Spanish Speaking Technicians only.
