Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to support each child.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or in progress.
• Experience with children and a passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.
• Background check clearance and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
