Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, and clinic settings. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, collect data, track progress, and adjust treatment plans with BCBAs and families.

The role emphasizes compassionate, engaging therapy and safety, with flexible schedules including part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for ongoing supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Must pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
