SkyCare ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will collect data, track progress, and help implement treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.
• Background check required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
