SkyCare ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will apply evidence-based methods like DTT and NET to foster meaningful progress while supporting families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or actively pursuing certification.
• Experience with children and ASD passion.
• Able to participate in active play and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
