Job summary

Galliant is hiring for a Lincoln clinic role to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD in a center-based setting. You will work closely with BCBAs and families in a supportive clinical team.

Certified RBTs earn $22-$28/hour plus a $500 sign-on, while entry-level candidates receive $19-$20/hour. Paid RBT training is provided, with a stable daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or strong drive to obtain one.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training.
• Excellent patience and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy implementing individual behavior plans.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety and comfort.
• Track session data and draft clear daily progress notes.
