Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with clients one-on-one in Colorado. The role involves implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social and life skills.

This in-person position covers Greeley, Loveland, Windsor with evening weekdays and daytime Saturdays. Competitive pay at $25 per hour, with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
