Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Conyers, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with BCBA-guided treatment plans for clients with ASD. This is a part-time role with potential to move to full-time in a supportive, clinical setting.

You will collect data, implement interventions, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while receiving competitive pay, PTO, 401k, and opportunities for BCBA fellowship and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification or 40-hour training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
