Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Georgetown, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through play-based, structured therapy. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, at 1625 Williams Drive, Building D, Georgetown, TX 78628.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Ability to work with children in therapy settings.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and maintaining active pace in sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, and reading activities.
• Stay engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support child growth and outcomes.
