Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Cypress, TX is hiring as a Behavior Technician on a full-time basis. The role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Start date is immediate with rapid interview scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
