ABA Solutions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Student Analyst to join our team serving children and families throughout the Clearwater area. The role provides dedicated practicum supervision and structured hours aimed at accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification, within a BCBA-owned organization that prioritizes clinician growth and collaboration.

Work is in school and home-based settings with daytime hours and flexible scheduling based

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB standing.
• Enrolled in ABA/BCBA-track graduate program or pursuing BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings.
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect and document session data in real time.
• Collaborate with families, educators and clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.
