Job summary

Able Stars ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under supervising BCBA. Candidates should be ready to implement individualized plans and document progress with accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and team members in a supportive environment, with ongoing training and opportunities for BCBA certification pathways.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Complete timely, individualized session notes meeting standards.
• Communicate with your BCBA Supervisor regarding progress and challenges.
