Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Lincolnwood, IL seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Immediate start, predictable daytime hours, and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You'll follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, stay active during sessions, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities
