Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Westmont, IL for a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional Saturdays. Start date is immediate, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. Growth opportunities include leadership roles and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to understand role expectations.
