Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in West Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for a full-time role. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, with predictable daytime hours and optional Saturdays.

Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, engaging children through play and activities, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Engage children during therapy sessions.
