Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Services are provided in clients' homes and community locations with flexible, part-time schedules and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Integrate into the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and collaborate with families.
