Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a supportive ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team in direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
