Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one services, implement care plans, and track progress with families in clients’ homes or community locations.

We offer same-day pay, part-time roles, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA practice, with supportive clinical staff and pathways to BCBA education partnerships. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
