Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services to children, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. You will work in clients' homes or community locations with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn, patience and compassion essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment.
