Job summary

A pediatric therapy provider based in Arizona is seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children. Candidates will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized plans and support skill development. An active RBT credential and current CPR certification are mandatory, along with a strong commitment to ethical care. Qualifications

• Current RBT certification issued by the BACB is mandatory.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months is required.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card is required for Arizona applicants.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain session data accurately.
