Miles Behavior Solutions is a compassionate and client-focused ABA therapy provider committed to delivering high-quality behavior analytic services to children and families. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills for independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data and maintain session notes
• Follow behavior support strategies and teaching procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
• Uphold professional and ethical standards of behavior analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service area
