Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate RBT to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs, collect data, and support children in meeting functional goals.

Part-time after school hours; 15-20 hours weekly; weekends as needed; flexible schedule; opportunities for growth and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
