Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA across Georgia. This role supports infants through teenagers with autism, focusing on communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

Requirements include being at least 18, holding an active RBT certification, passing a background check, and having reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
