Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in-home and in community settings across Georgia, under BCBA supervision. The role supports families and helps children meet functional goals through structured ABA programs.

Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to ensure consistent behavior strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from BACB.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?
