Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a mission-driven team serving children with autism in Fort Morgan, Colorado. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills.

What We're Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.

• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're someone who connects easily and takes initiative.

• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.

• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.

• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
