Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and their families. We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with mentorship from experienced BCBAs and clear communication across onboarding and scheduling.

Both in-home and center-based positions are available with flexible full-time or part-time options. Competitive hourly pay ranges reflect experience and credentials, along with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision.

• Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors and skills.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in meetings.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.


• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily and takes initiative.


• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
