Job summary

SilverSwing ABA NJ LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and 15-25 hours per week, with competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work under a BCBA-directed plan, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful outcomes. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, RBT certification preferred, and reliable

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23- $28/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Wanaque, New Jersey 07465

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
