Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules (15-25 hours/week), competitive pay ($25-$30/hour), generous PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check will be passed.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Atlanta, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
