Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team providing 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $19- $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Spring Hill, KS

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
