Job summary

Aluma Care in Winfield, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect data on client progress as part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.

The role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. A background check is required and some travel may be involved to serve local clients.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and maintain a reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Winfield, KS

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
