Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our ABA program in Spring Hill, Kansas. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

The RBT will provide 1:1 therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics, implement treatment plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families and staff to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $19- $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Spring Hill, KS

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
