Job summary

Aluma Care in Horton, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in client homes, schools, or clinics under supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and progress notes.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for certification assistance and career advancement. Strong communication with families and team is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
