Job summary

Aluma Care in Marysville, KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We offer flexible schedules, supportive supervision, and opportunities to make an impact through evidence-based practices in-home, school, or clinic settings.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours with competitive pay ($22–$26/hour), certification assistance, and generous PTO. A background check, a HS diploma, and reliable transportation are required to support client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
