Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and support individuals with disabilities in various settings.

Qualifications

• Certification as RBT is required.
• High school diploma or transcript is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills including communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, and vocational skills.
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $25-35/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
