Majestic Care ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work in-home, at schools, and in the community in North Judson, IN. This part-time role offers on-site in-home duties, training, and mentorship, with paid instruction to obtain 40-hour RBT certification.

You will support children with ABA services under supervision and contribute to meaningful development outcomes. No prior ABA experience is required, and we provide the 40-hour RBT training along with ongoing supervision

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• No prior ABA experience required.

Responsabilités

• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No Experience? No Problem!

You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
