Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is growing and seeks caring individuals to become Behavioral Technicians (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Training and mentorship are provided; no prior ABA experience required.

Location: Michigan City, IN. Job Type: Part-Time. Compensation: $19-$25/hour (direct care). Travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.

• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No Experience? No Problem!

You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
