Majestic Care ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support in children’s homes and schools. No ABA experience required; we provide 40-hour RBT training and mentorship to help you start and grow your career.

The role involves implementing plans under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication and daily living skills, and collecting progress data. In Merrillville, IN, part-time, on-site positions with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• No prior ABA or Behavioral Technician experience required.
• Previous work with children and related coursework helpful but not required.
• 40-hour RBT training provided; ongoing training and mentorship available.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Compensation: $19-$25/ hour (direct care)

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services

Qualifications

No Experience? No Problem!

You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
