Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is expanding its team in Illinois and seeks dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to support children through ABA therapy. You will chart data, implement teaching techniques, and follow treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications include pursuing a relevant degree, RBT training, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. No relocation required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred but not necessary.
• Experience working directly with children within a behavioral format preferred but not necessary.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if not currently registered)
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills desired with willingness to advance skill level.
• Accept assignment of location or client as required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Charting and collecting ABA and skill data on child improvements.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading, proactive strategies).
• Follow programming objectives and treatment plans (BIP when applicable).

• Implement ABA teaching techniques during session, such as, differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, and prompting, fading, and proactive strategies.
• Follow programming objectives and follow treatment plan (BIP when applicable)
